B&F’s comprehensive services are delivered through three dedicated teams:
B&F’s marketing team consists of its Executive Director, with over 35 years of experience, and ten senior marketing executives, each with over ten years of experience in the industry.
The team spends most of their time on the road, building relationships with commercial lenders and their clients. Acting as product specialists for our client banks, our marketers provide consistent delivery of the information commercial clients need to make an informed decision regarding derivative products.
Our operations team is co-managed by two senior professionals with nearly 40 years of experience in middle and back office functions. They oversee all of our back-office and support activities including transaction documentation, billing, accounting and regulatory reporting. All of these functions are done on a private label basis in the name of our client banks.
Our technology team has been responsible for developing our industry leading software, d/Solutions. In addition to being used by B&F to manage derivative programs for our client banks, d/Solutions is leased by major dealers to manage their own derivative product groups. d/Solutions combines revolutionary front-office capabilities, with full back-office functionality.
