Dolf has more than 38 years of banking experience, including middle market commercial lending, large corporate lending, commercial real estate lending, special assets, and more than 28 years’ experience in capital markets. Most recently, Dolf served as one of the Group Managers of BB&T’s (now Truist) Capital Markets operations and manager of the Corporate Finance Services group at AmSouth Bank (now Regions Bank).
In his role at BB&T Capital Markets, Dolf was Group Manager of Derivatives and Syndications, and built the infrastructure and teams necessary to grow the businesses substantially. As manager of Corporate Finance Services at AmSouth, Dolf oversaw the development of the group from a Loan Syndications Group to a shop offering Loan Syndications, Private Placements of Senior Debt, Mezzanine Debt, Public Finance, Private Equity, and Interest Rate Derivatives.
Additionally, Dolf has been an active member of both the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) and Loan Pricing Corporation (LPC). He has served on the board of an investment bank, an equity fund and the advisory board of several equity and mezzanine funds. Dolf has a degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
