The software has been designed by industry professionals who use it on a daily basis to manage their own business. The software is hosted off-site on B&F’s secure servers, thereby eliminating internal technology support and overhead for our clients. Consequently, upgrades are continuous and the system is already compliant with most of the derivatives requirements under Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Act.
B&F uses this technology to support its own business and also leases it to interested Swap Dealers and regional banks that have their own swap groups.
